Dear Ms. Kenney:

\JI am writing you in regard to my policy number 473731037. We have
written your office several times regarding this policy and have made
numerous phone calls. I have yet to recieve a satisfactory explanation as
to exactly where we stand and as to why the great confusion. The
policy as originally written was for two old cars but we traded the old
Chevrolet in for a new one and notified you of this by phone.

In early August we finally received a confirmation of this change.
The original premium of $457 had been amended to a figure of $495.50.
We sent you a check for the difference. There was, however, a mistake in your
statement in that you had recorded the change of cars wrongly.
This was called to your attention in my letter to
you, personally, of August 8th.

More recently, we received an another amended bill which reported that we
still owed $5.90. In spite of the fact that this bill arrived with no
explanation as to why this additional amount was owed, we assumed it
reflected the fact that the old car retained was a 1968 model rather than
a 1967 car, and so we sent you a check for the requested amount. Our
check to you was delayed, however, as the bill arrived while we were away.
Now we have just received a bill for $61.10 which simply does not make
sense, and the premium has again been amended from the figure of $501.40
to $556.60. Will you please explain what is going on.

Our experience with your office has been so unsatisfactory that we fully
intend to switch to another company unless we receive a complete and
satisfactory explanation of the situation.\.
